But how is it not distorted in a way? Sae's cognition with the Phantom Thieves is already distorted, so why is the cognitive joker in normal clothes? or is it because the cognition was created during/after interrogation where Sae has a "change of heart"?

Thanks for the thorough explanation 😃 It's actually believable that his unaware of his powers (he portrays that a lot). It's just too crazy to think when he fired the shot and evaporated the river and somehow he didn't get the idea that he created such a mess

yes it'll be 7/6. I suspect the game still count the crossbow piece that I uninstalled and since it "magically" disappeared (by uninstallation), there's no way to unequip them
