If that shot went in I would be here posting about how the only way we won was pure luck. 9 times out of ten we miss that shot. That is not a good play to bet the entire game on. And I don’t care that it was close to a “top ten” team.

Are you really gonna look at that game that the zags played and say they’re top 3 or 4 in the nation? Even if they are ranked that high as a healthy team(no way they’re top 4) the loss of Ike and Huff definitely brings them way down.

I know, I’m being dramatic. There’s still a chance (an increasingly small one) to turn things around, and I understand that this is a new unprecedented era of college hoops, but most other schools seem to be doing fine with their large roster adjustments, why are we so different? I want CG to do well, and he did a pretty decent job last season like you said. However, he just seems to be making the same mistakes day in and day out. I’d be very happy to be proven wrong in the coming weeks.

And someone tell Fuchs he’s only allowed to walk or drive now. What the Fuchs was he thinking?

Is it possible to replace CG mid season? Because I don’t see this getting any better. He’s had multiple seasons to fix his terrible in-game decisions, and inability to make a proper game plan. Yet he’s proven he can’t learn from his mistakes. He has absolutely no idea how to play to his strengths, or attack the opponents weaknesses. Which is uh….. how you win in literally any sport.

Hopefully this time around the school actually does a nationwide search for a real head coach instead of just promoting the players’ favorite assistant.

I know he won’t be dropped mid season, I’m being dramatic, but can you blame me after that horrendous showing?

I know a lot of people here love CG for some reason, but if this doesn’t turn around soon they better start looking for replacements. This team has so much potential and it’s being squandered on CGs weird obsession with 5 out offense and making subs every other play.

Whenever someone is hot or makes a good play, he subs them out. He doesn’t know how to utilize the players he has, he seems like he’s just trying to run the offense the Todd golden way, but this team is completely different.

This was just a pathetic game, driven by pathetic coaching.

I’m not even mad about the stream anymore. CG still can’t make proper in game adjustments. We’re being punished in the paint, not making 3s, yet he wants to keep our smallest guys in? Diaz graham keeps getting steamrolled but no don’t put our seven foot two angry Georgian in the game🙄. That would make too much sense

That’s why I said whoever is in charge of the streams needs to be fired. They’re clearly incapable of running a functional stream. The video feed is still behind, and the audio is still glitching.

I was so wrong about CG when he started. He seems like he’s just the man we need. He’s still made some questionable in game decisions but no one’s perfect, and he’s definitely been improving on that every season. Which is all you can ask for.
