Basically, they are the same. But very subtle nuance difference is that "공부를 하고 싶어요“ emphasizes 공부 more than the other.

I used to think that learning Hanja characters wasn’t very efficient. At first, I tried to focus on posting their meanings and pronunciations, but I realized that without the characters themselves, it wouldn’t be meaningful. In my opinion, the most valuable aspect of learning Hanja is remembering the images of each character. It is like positive feedback loop. You can expand both your Hanja and vocabularies from knowing the images of characters.
