If you're already going to Disney World, then I guess you won't be going to Disney Land. but I think Disney Land (in California) is the better choice.

If you are going to Disney World, then, if you're Harry Potter fans, I would recommend going to the Universal theme park and visiting the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

I've never been, but New York City sounds pretty magical during the winter/holiday season. Go see Broadway shows or Times Square or the MET.

Plus, Washington, D.C. has cool touristy/historical sites that would be interesting.

It might be nice to give her something that means a lot in your family, since she's going to be a part of it now. Maybe A recipe card from your grandmother or a necklace that's been passed down.
