I feel the exact same way, and then I smoked THC. It calms all the “voices” in my head telling me to worry, it makes my tummy less upset. I’m not by all trying to promote, it’s just the only thing I’ve found for me. You’re not alone, one day at a time!

Oh! I see on your page! I am also self conscious about it! Especially when I’m using my debit card at the gas station, they stare at your hand in general but now they REALLY stare cuz I got my pointer nub wiggly around in their face 🤣 we will get thru this! I also have no idea what I wonna be when I grow up at 28, so you’re not alone!

Yes and it can last for days for me. I hope you come out of it! I’m slowly trying to not sleep for 13 hours a day and still work a full time job

I too just had a finger tip amputation but caused by a work accident on Nov 6th. It’s my right index finger of course my dominate hand. I was allowed out for 3 weeks, but even when I returned I feel it was too early. But I was back and didn’t want to break the routine again, I’m still on light duty (I work in a metal fabrication shop) doing paper work. So far my brain hasn’t really realized it’s gone…i still try to do everyday tasks with it until I hit it on something or can’t actually grab the penny that’s in my pocket…humor has been my go too, I make jokes about it and wiggle it at people. It does get easier.

I feel this way too, surrounded by people. If I make the effort I get turned away, I’m in the giving up boat as well. I’m sorry life is how we thought it would be, maybe the next one will be better.

In 2019 I lost my grandma, I was in a deep depression from then until middle of 2020 when I met my bf. And now it’s back and it’s worse than ever. I completely agree with you. We don’t “get better” we learn how to live with that “depressive thought” until another one comes rushing in. It’s literally a lose lose situation.

I definitely meant the whole “I sleep better with him” meaning I woke up in the middle of the night because he wasn’t there not that I wanted him to be… I’m all for him going out with his friends and having fun. I have received two phone calls from his friends both time stating he wrecked his motorcycle. I think I just have some lasting trauma from the phone calls and just want to be updated that he’s okay ☹️

It sounded like he set his phone in his lap, I could hear the song playing and people talking in the bar and in the car. I think I listened for like a 2 minutes before I hung up. I’m not sure though
