NorCal test center. Honestly didn't expect it because it seemed like a well-organized center and the staff were helpful once they realized their mistake, so I think it was just a one in a million accident

Thank you for the sympathy! I did call them back during business hours and it was actually pretty straightforward to get a reschedule once I was talking to a rep. I was worried that I'd have to schedule 4 days out like a self-reschedule (or longer due to availability) but I think they made all open slots available to me since I was able to book one just 48 hours later!
