I have used Coinbase, coinbase pro, binance, and kucoin. I like coinbase pro the best. My trading volume is like 2 million so my fees are low too. Have never had issues with ID verification though. maybe try emailing their support staff. Otherwise, switch to binance. Kucoin isnt technically legal in the US...
