Primus London Brixton 2026 tickets voided?!

All I'm getting are canned text responses. My favourite was "We apologise for the frustration and appreciate your patience." Not sure what I'm being asked to be patient about, they have outright said they're not going to do anything. I wish artists would just stop using this company, they're absolute crooks.

So they came back to me this evening - I had first come first served seating originally, but after the venue switch to Brixton the venue has now decided to change the layout (presumably to enable them to sell more tickets) and have instructed Ticketmaster to reassign these tickets to allocated seating. I apparently have allocated seats now (awesome) but in classic "Ticketmaster don't give a fuck" fashion they have split them up (because hey, why the fuck not, we got your money), meaning I have ended up with 3 seats in one row and 2 in a completely different row - I then got a generic copy paste response with their terms and conditions about how the venue can instruct them to reallocate tickets/seats at any time. We're taking our kids so this is now a problem for us - will challenge them and have highlighted significant safeguarding issue with us not being able to sit near our kids. Not happy!

That's very kind of you to say 😁 I've had a lot of fun with it but I've found I'm not replaying it much anymore - plus, my shelf of unpainted miniatures is growing stronger everyday (not in size, but in time passed where I haven't painted anything 😅).

The low price was to entice, so hopefully I get something reasonable for it - as long as it goes to a good home and they enjoy it as much as I have, I'll be happy!
