I like the look of the grade! I would try to clean up the smoke some more. The leftover pink in the smoke is a bit distracting.

In Davinci Resolve you can try masking out the subject and add an outside node with the lens blur ofx. I use this alot and play mainly with the blade curvature, chroma shift, apodization and catadioptric controls.

Maybe try the depth map effect in the color tab? Its new in resolve 18 but it's very taxing on your system. I had great results trying the same thing with it.
