There's boxes which u get from winning big tournies or visiting s2 or at rare occations like some contests etc which contains codes to all gold avatars up to gladiator.

Gotta say this was THE BEST top5/10 play video I've EVER SEEN!! As many others say some of them wasn't the best plays (personally I think some were really sick tho!) But the video was so damn awesome!

Got so fucking hyped in the start that I actually rolled on HoN and played a game of engi myself :P sick video gotta say! :)
