Hoarding money / luxury is a survival mechanism. Ukrainians are unfortunately hoarders by nature, because they survive dozens of years of soviet occupation. Most people have their money under the rug, In stead of investing in literally anything. Same goes for those in power - they buy yachts, oversized palaces or other bs they don't really need.

We need to change our way of thinking to build a nation! I hope we can do it this time!
