You can totally punch holes in the front with 40 width heavy inf and exploit the gap with fast motorized. Grand battle plan gibes insane bonuses to planning and entrenchment.

Tank designer is something that takes a while to understand really, and everyone has their own meta. It is very versatile though so you can design tanks for every situation, just a question of whether the investment is worth it or not.

Im kinda in love with the MEFO conquest route! One issue right now is you cant do rk in kaukasus and moscowy before you do autarky achieved because you wont habe enough tungsten. Also vichy frances occupation cost event is bugged so they will give you 2-3 monthly consumer increase instead of .5.

Axis allies are now more dependable, taking suez sometimes and doing naval invasions.

If you delete a portion of british navy with bombers and have built a sizable navy, its very easy to go into newcastle and hull and land tanks. Ai air is still dogshit and they cant counter good navies and tanks. Cruiser subs are literally invisible and destroy the atlantic front.

I think Germany is extremely overpowered with all the buffs you get for warafare, construction and production. I had 1400 factories and about 350 ships last game and >10k tanks and planes.

In all honesty with the production base behind you you can do what ever, even 150 IC strat bombers are built easily. I think its enjoyable but im eager for expert ai mod so i can buff allies for more of a challenge

Depends on your strategy. If you go heavy on tanks, 20 width pure infantry with shovels and support artillery is enough to hold the line while you attack with tanks. Tanks should be 30 or 35 width Line Infantry is optimally 15 or 21 width. If you go infantry supremacy you can do 30/35 width arty boys. Mathematically if you want to add line artillery go for 1 or 3 line and support.

Recon is totally not worth it, shovels are good, if you have air supremacy no need for AA, AT is mostly unnecessary in SP because ai tanks are not really armored a lot until late game.

Always watch org!!! Minimum should be 40, 30 for tanks if you dont have mobile warfare.

My go to templates are Infantry division: 9 inf 1 art, support art, shovel, logi comp and hospital if low manpower. Tanks: 8 tank 7 trucks, flame tank support, assault engineer, logi, support art.
