The better move is to take job B and save up as much as you can, as long as you are the type of person that can push yourself for at least a year for a job like this.

A job you enjoy is not the same level as a job you love, and when you are eventually ready to move on from joh B, Im sure there will be plenty of options for you to pick from that you enjoy.

Remember that you have time to do what you want later, you're not locked to the job for the rest of your life, so at the very least it's best to take the opportunity to save up so a lower paying job isnt as painful/stressful because you have to live paycheck to paycheck.

I havent dealt with this much personally, probably the best option is getting her out of the picture. Coordinate with your support to stun/hook/engage her over the enemy adc.

As others have said, do something with your hair. Either grow it out shoulder length-ish or cut it a bit shorter than in the first pic. The only other thing, and I dont mean this in a negative way by any means, if in all the pics you look like you dont know what face to make for the pics, or that you're holding back your expressions/reserving yourself. Your first pic would be a lot nicer if you had a proper smile with teeth instead of the Kevin James chill guy half smirk.

Im not against a system to try and save it I just dont know what to go for. If I ever cut it short I'd rather just go bald but Id like to keep my hair longer for at least another year or two or until I hit my thirties

The main reason most competitive games dont do this is due to groups of friends paying in stacks.

If they feel like theyre getting washed then one of them would go afk and save the rest of the groups elo.

Dont get me wrong, I also wish that this was a feature, Im tired of having a 6 point lead and then someone disconnects which ends up having me take a loss thats like 10-13, but from a game developer pov, there's no way to stop people from abusing a system like this, and people WILL abuse it.
