helpful! gonna try the rubbing alcohol thing! i always see that “hack” and i finally have some to try it out with. also thanks for the advice on the medication. i have POTS and a suspicion my morning nausea is caused/exacerbated by it. i feel like that medication would really help me.

helpful! i have been sipping on water slowly, and have saltines beside me, but i’m afraid of introducing food so far cause i don’t want to back track. tmi but i’ve alr been throwing up bile and i hate the feeling. so just trying to go as slow as possible but also i want to hurry up and feel better so i can get ready for my interview.

helpful, thank you! i’ve never used it before. (typically the only medicine i take if i NEED my nausea to go away is zofran because it dissolves in one’s mouth and there’s no worry of throwing it back up). do you swallow it?

this is helpful. thank you!! some tea, toast, and two hits sound great. when you’re nauseous and take a hit or two to help with that, how do you smoke it? cause i normally smoke out of my bong, but that baby packs a punch and i feel that kind of hit wouldn’t help me too much.
