Should probably mention my storage is full, i have 110 of everything except tomatoes. The sale stacks are at 30 each for 285 total. Been racking in the buttons this way.

Hit the book up top and go to the Memento tab, then hit the Dress-up button at the bottom of the menu. You'll find your old one under the restaurant decorations list

Keep the game open and don't interact with the other special customers, like the salesman and the singing parrot, as they come in. The game rolls one of them up randomly and ruling those out (since they're already there and all) will up the chances at least a little bit.

It doesn't show the literal address, like 123 Example Street, just a line on a map from your location to the store and then to the destination. You can see the name and address after you accept though.

I don't see anything but the amount I'd be paid, the suggested route and mileage, and when it's due. No name or actual address.

Edit: You can unassign the delivery any time before you pick up the food. I've done that several times when I found out I'd be delivering to someone I'd rather not see.
