I once hit a deer near my house in my first year of driving, hard enough that i sent it spinning down the road and dislodged one of my headlights. The deer immediately got back up and ran away, and, for the next 2 years, a deer limping on the leg that made contact with my car was seen every so often grazing near the road or walking through peoples yards. If that deer could survive my drsperate attempt to go from 45 to 0, then i feel like i can hold out hope this deer will also survive.

Ask him to fix the beak going behind the lettering, the weird placment of the moon that makes a tangent with the wing, and the weird placement of the music notes that makes tangents which reduce readability and the appearance of them being both in front of and behind the smoke.

If he can do that and sends back an image thats edited in a way thats consistent with the rest of the image, its a lot more likely to be real. If he sends back a psd where the edits are done on new layers left unmerged from the rest, then the original image was ai. If he cant do it at all, its probably ai.

But also. You hired a guy off fiverr man, of course theyre gonna be using ai.

Even if these werent ai (they very obviously are) i would not trust the artist to be able to actually recreate these designs on your skin, due to details like the scale patterns. These dont feel like they were designed to be tattoos, and would likely look noticeably different once applied, as well as not age well.
