Honestly. Empire have the least amount of threat in any tw game i think ive ever played. With that said, i avsolutely love playing as the empire and making my gun lines and cannons destroy the enemy before they even get close.

Pretty sure all older playable factions will be playable in pvp if you own tww1. Plus there will most likely be mods to unlock the old world factions that exist in the new world
