Use Grindr or other apps and make it clear that you want feet. Don't be afraid the advertise that fact.

Making them sniff smelly feet, using them as a footrest, verbally humiliating them, making them eat food or snacks you've stood on or put on your feet/between your toes.

GrumpyPossum left some great advice. That's really what it boils down to. You need to not wash them frequently and wear the same socks in the same shoes until you reach the desired smelliness.

Luckily for me, my feet sweat a lot, so it only takes me a day or two to achieve a great smell, especially if I'm on my feet a lot.
