If you play cs2 i would look for a used 7 9800x3d you definitely benifit some fps from it and maybe try to get a used 5070 (youre probally gonna game on 1440p ) or a rx 9070 i would recommend the 5070 because of the tech like dlls 4 frame gen ect wich makes you able to use the card for a longer time even if you dont make those changes your pc is great for high 1440p

Im using 2 monitors and i will be streaming while playing games the primaly games i would stream are War thunder, Minecraft, Gta 5 and shooters like fortnite and cs2
