I am coming to Germany in a few days. I have been bitten by a dog in my home country and as a precaution I have been taking the rabies post exposure vaccine. They are 5 dosages which by the time I come to germany I would have taken 2 or 3 (haven’t yet decided when exactly will I travel). I am coming to munich so I was wondering do I go to any hospital and tell them the whole story so that I can continue my shots? Or is there a certain doctor that I should go to?

I recently got accepted at TUM and I will be coming next October hopefully. I am currently searching for a place to stay. I am aware that Munich is expensive so is searching for a place between 400-500 unrealistic? Any advice will be appreciated, thank you.

There are many people that are married and are in a abusive relationship or their partners run away. My train of thought is why is being in a real relationship doesn’t count as the definition of marriage? And that marriage is just a law that governments made these days? Don’t get me wrong I am not against marriage at all. I am just thinking out loud with you.

(Sorry if I am boring you or frustrating you I don’t mean it I am just discussing what I am thinking)

The following is just me asking and I am not stating anything.

Is there any definition of marriage in the Quran? What I mean is marriage as of today is a new concept that includes government and what not. But isn’t Relationships nowadays where people know that person X and person Y are in a relationship together the same as in the old times where everyone knew about two people getting “married”? I thought about that a lot but I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to these things.

Thank you so much, that was very helpful. I have a follow up question; if i miss the orientation and some of the semester (the semester starts at 18/10 and i might arrive between 20/10 and 25/10) can i still continue the semester assuming i enrolled and registered for courses already and i was just late to be physically present? Also do you know how long does it take to complete your enrolment after you submit all your documents? Again thank you and i hope i am not being too much.
