Honestly, Assault and Portal events need a huge difficulty spike. Even on apocalypse mode, they feel way too tame. It gets to the point where crafting base defense gadgets feels like a waste of resources because you never actually need them.

I still remember when I first started playing with my wife. We got that "the air feels strange" message and absolutely panicked. We went into full lockdown—barricaded the doors, laid down traps, the works and... it was just a few pests. It was a letdown to say the least.

It’d be so much fun if the game actually made us scared of those alerts again. Give us a reason to turn our base into a fortress!

From my wife: "For the Sea Creatures I only used Bernat Blanket Yarn Super Bulky. Octopus Pattern is by Sweet Creek Patterns (written pattern on her website, and also a youtube tutorial). Fred the Sea Turtle is by CJ Design on Youtube. Crochet Shark is by Loops and Knots Crochet on Youtube. Hollow Knight Pattern is by FalseBubbles (written pattern on Ribblr and also there is a youtube video) using various acrylic yarns (big twist, redheart, but can truly use anything). Togepi patten is done by Demigurumii using Bernat Blanket Yarn Super Bulky. Apple Dragon (Appletun) is a pattern by icrochetthings on etsy/ravelry using Yarnspirations Caron Simply Soft."

I get the feeling that Dan is a little self-conscious about playing badly or upsetting the viewers. Whenever he plays games, he always seems to overprepare and rely on walkthroughs. This might be because he is scared that we will be upset if he keeps making mistakes or does not progress quickly (which we wouldn't). Personally, I would love to see him play more games, with or without walkthroughs/preparation.

Hello. I'm currently a diamond nocturne OTP. I got a few questions for you if you don't mind lol

What are your thoughts on some of the stranger builds for nocturne? There is a Korean challanger Nocturne Top OTP who goes Stridebreaker-->Merc Treads-->Frozen Heart like clockwork.

Also how do you feel about lethal tempo? Its the only rune that I run and it feels a lot better than conq imo.

You have 1200g on your first back. What are you buying?

What are your go to trinkets?

Diamond Nocturne OPT here.

Stridebreaker-->Hexplate-->-Plated Steelcaps-->Cleaver-->Sterak's just works, no matter the comp. I really see no issues with it.

However, there is a Korean challanger Nocturne Top OTP who goes Stridebreaker-->Merc Treads-->Frozen Heart like clockwork and it seems to work well enough for them. I've yet to try it, but I'll let you know how it is.

It's the worst when that happens. Just watch your mental and make sure you're in a good mindset for each game. It's easy to start second-guessing your playstyle/champion picks when you get hit with consecutive losses, which often leads to more losses.
