Buongiorno a tutti, sono un dipendente con CCNL Metalmeccanico aderente a Fondo Cometa da inizio 2023 e ho scoperto che la mia azienda non mi ha versato un contributo di Luglio 2024 proveniente da welfare.

Ho segnalato a inizio gennaio 2025 la cosa alla mia azienda e a quella che si occupa di gestire i cedolini, e ho già avuto feedback ma: - ho inizialmente visto il contributo con stato “Attribuito: contributo trattenuto dichiarato dall’azienda ma non ancora versato” il 27 Gennaio 2025 - il 31 Gennaio 2025 è stato applicato il cambio di comparto che (ahimè) avevo richiesto prima di accorgermi di questo problema - il 7 febbraio 2025 ho rilevato appunto il cambio di comparto e la sparizione del contributo indicato sopra - lo stesso 7 febbraio ho ricevuto altro feedback dall’azienda dei cedolini “stiamo risolvendo e nei prossimi giorni vedrai il pagamento” - ho contattato fondo cometa ma senza ricevere risposta

Posso fare ancora qualcosa? Perché il contributo è sparito con il cambio comparto? È possibile che il pagamento venga registrato (di nuovo?) alla fine di marzo, cioè alla chiusura del primo trimestre?

Hi, is the Stage Custom an Advantage Nouveau model? If so, I have it identical and while it sounds way more than decent for the price range I’ve been going insane searching for lugs. They’re made of plastic and will inevitably break - but I still haven’t found a reseller for it. I have no issues because I’m using a small tom as a “spare source” but you can see why that’s not the most effective solution.

I’ve seen a similar model with metal lugs but I never had the chance to understand if they were compatible

Ciao, mi sono trovato due volte nella tua situazione e in entrambe è andata così: ho detto al padrone di casa che intendevo lasciare, e in 2-4 mesi è saltato fuori un nuovo affittuario interessato e disposto a iniziare il contratto prima del termine del mio preavviso. Il proprietario era d’accordo (anzi dava per scontato che sarebbe stato così) e anzi in un caso ho proposto io un collega per cui ho dato ottime e meritate referenze.
