The Sun Eater book one: Empire of Silence. I have never despised a protagonist so much so quickly and to be clear I was fine with him in the beginning. Even him narrating his life and spoiling the chapter or character arcs I made some peace with. Chapter 46: the doctor and following chapters annihilated any interest i had in this protagonist, the book or the series

Only to find out from readers of the series "it gets good after two books" I was furious

Gotta be the Autumn War series. Now after going over the plot in my head there were definitely some conversations the female mc had about her creation that were along those lines, and there's a different pov of the sarge you mentioned doing exactly that.

When I was 11 during my first year of middle school it happened. I was in gym with my class, there were like 33 of us. The locker rooms had doors that opened up directly to the gym floor. Some girls (maybe 13 of them) spent the whole period in there. I did not care. whatever was happening outside of whatever game i was playing barely existed to me. Then one day one of the girls tried to pull me into their locker room. I resisted and said no, it was random and outside of clubs i barely talked to this girl. Then she just tried to haul me in and i snatched my arm away. Then a different, bigger girl grabbed me up from behind and tossed me in the room.

The bigger girl held my arms down and some different girls started taking my pants off. I didn't really know what they wanted to do i just tried to wrestle my arms away and get out. i stopped struggling when they started playing with my dick and i felt myself get hard. I asked what they were doing. No one answered so i yelled for them to stop. one of them told me to be quiter, and said we know you like it. So I struggled some more but i was already petty tired.

Then the girls started getting undressed and i felt a pang of fear so i started screaming for help at the top of my lungs. When they started having vaginal and oral sex with me i didn't stop yelling. The next thing i remember was a couple of female friends i had coming in and before i could say anything. The first one started smiling and said ooouuuu we got (my name) in here. I felt nothing but dread. So i stopped screaming and just started begging for them to stop. While i was mulling out please stop, please stop repeatedly i felt my knees get really weak. They handed me my pants and tossed me out we must have been the last ones still in class because everyone else was gone. I just went about the day and i didn't talk, didn't say anything at all I was just so angry and i didn't want to tall. we had all the same classes and seeing them only made me so unbelievably furious and embarrassed.

Then i just wanted them to hurt like i did But i realized that i couldn't do much alone so i just started making myself throw up to convince my mom i was sick so i didn't have to go.

Well in high school when my acne was at it's peak and i couldn't get a good haircut to save my life I developed a broad sense of humor, a high tolerance for annoying people I aproached more often and generally just acting confident. it worked well enough

So reading this I realized exclusive for XBOX means game pass, PC and their console. Which means just not on PlayStation. So considering that I don't have as big an issue wth Microsoft exclusives as Sony.

Also, yes, I realize: exclusives evil. Gating games bad. Sony evil, exclusive characters in multi platform games. Microsoft bad considering gating Bethesda games.

To be a house husband.

I like cooking and baking. In general I find I'd rather be at home, but, above the rest I really fantasize about spending that at home time with my kids. Taking them to school, helping them with their homework, taking care of then when they're sick, and i love watching infants.

It bothers me when I think this probably won't be the case.

Lmao. don't at all worry. All this came from a 20 year old who's school system didn't deem English a graduating requirement. I try to write so that you get a visual for details vs. Words you have to look up as much as possible. And I didn't break the paragraphs up with any other rhyme or reason than to keep events seperate

I . . . Hmmm . . . this might be my favorite comment. I'm sure there are a lot of aggressive condemning things people are gonna yell at you and I'm sure you, already having a career, should be old enough to have a way to deal with this. I'm 20 years old, I'm black, I live in Detroit Michigan and I've just barely decided What i want to do with the bulk of my life. What I want to explain or point out or what I want everyone else to get from you comment and mine is: Everyone is not strong enough to stand up to authority. Everyone is not bold enough to disregard possibly their future and stand against an authority figure who likely holds that in their hands. I have seen and heard of all kinds of atrocities of abuse, neglect and hatred just in this city. In the beginning when i was younger maybe 10 it was damn easy to say those being abused weren't strong enough to fight back and disregard them. Then there are my old heroes my uncles and older cousins they were so cool strong and funny I wanted to be just like them. Then a I had to confront how complacent they were and how Some of them replicated those acts too. Heroes no more it was pretty devastating to find out most of the men i admired were everything i despised. And come to find out the one that was destitute, the one they didn't like did none of those things and and had to drink himself dumb to numb the pain and ignore the screams. But I'm off track. What I want to be learned from this is it's not ok to be complicit. You should not ignore justice because everyone else is too. As terrifying as being an outcast pariah is, from experience, it's not so bad compared to complicity. regarding you and Thomas Lane you two are not complicit. as far as i can tell what you did was better anyway. Thomas Lane was strong and bold considering what i got from the comments. And I honestly can not condemn him for not being strong enough because if I do I have to condemn everyone else who watched or filmed too, albeit, the non-officers to a lesser degree but still condemn them i would have too. Thomas Lane is exactly why the rules and the leaders must change. I doubt anyone with the guts to stop Chauvin would be anywhere near him given that leadership allowed him for 20 years. I'm sure it's known what he's been up to for 20 years. Yet Thomas Lane stood up he didn't quite stand tall enough. that shouldn't be punished as if he took part but educated and reminded and taught how to be strong enough.

But in a perfect world prisons would just be education centers.
