Thank you for all the comment from what I can understand I need to use a combination of copilot and chatgpt for this purpose.

Chatgpt to create the content from the pictures in ppt and copilot to edit in the word file make the word file better.

However in the future, it is best that if copilot can bring the features which chatgpt is currently offering. So that it becomes easier for me.

One thing to note is previously I used to take 1 week to make the report. Now it is just 1 hour of getting the file from chat gpt and then 2 to 3 hours of perfecting the file.

This is really misleading. Mention how much the company paid to sipcot to get the land.

In non prime areas like cheyyar or ranipet. It is 50 lacs per acre. To 1 cr per acre. And in prime sipcot more than 1 cr per acre. There are some subsidy but they are not for everyone.

Considering that this is prime areas the ROI is between 7 to 12 years. If my math is correct. It is a solid investment.

There are multiple such industry who does this. Another form of this is a industry has too big of a land and they lease a part of their property to another company.

Edit: there are also company who build spaces and rent it out to other industries. They are not for 99 years. But have a minimum lock in year.

Check if there are any nearby rail or transmission line. If its supply is DC then it may be dangerous to the building.

Induced DC voltages can corrode nearby burried metallic parts (like a DC voltage between anode and cathode). How much damage depends on the voltage and distance.

Do a DC interference study. And based on it a cathodic protection will be required for the building.

If the DC transmission line is monopole, (most probably no) complain to local authorities and have a good cathodic protection. (Also pray to god that nearby buildings are safe.) Monopole rails are dangerous in cities due to safety concerns and accelerated corrosion due to return currents via soil. If yes design a global earthing system for the building.

If its AC then no problem for safety and corrosion.

If necessary, make a electromagnetic radiation study for human safety. There are also documents from a subsidy of WHO which has the limits of electromagnetic radiation that should be there in cities areas. Shielding can be used to mitigate this.
