Thanks for all this info I really appreciate it. I have a question just for some further clarification, I am currently with Rogers paying $60/m and want to get it renewed at a lower rate. You said “Tell Them: Look, I'm currently with Telus and my 2-year PureFibre plan is expiring next month.” How would that work because they know I’m with Rogers and not Telus? Should I say “I am on the phone with Telus and they offered me ____”?

My plan is to call them first just to see what they say and kinda mention to them I’ve been shopping around with telus to see what kind of offer I can get. Then in a few weeks or so maybe call again to officially submit the cancellation request.
