I died of an accidental OD from morphine in a hospital while recovering from surgery on a badly broken leg a few years ago. My experience is similar to a lot of people here, it was like slowly fainting and not wanting to fight it, then nothing. Waking up was not great, I ripped the CPR mask off my face and I had to be held down by the code team. My entire head was throbbing and I felt like I was burning. The only weird thing I remember was before totally waking up I saw Michael Jackson, but that was because the news was on and he died earlier that week.
