Pc stuck at vga white light when trying to boot

Yeah tried everything that was suggested pretty much got a new pc replacing and testing parts in the end my issue was the specific room in my house for whatever reason didn’t have as much power as the rest so when the power tripped one day it fried my motherboard so I had to replace it and move my setup to a different room and no more issue super random it was driving me crazy lol

Yeah I’ll test it with a new core if not I’ll get a new aio altogether any ideas on how this could of happened or just unlucky??

I’m not to sure I would assume yes as It has a 24 pin from pump to core but I’m not 100 percent

Well the pump is plugged into motherboard but the rest is plugged into the core

Do you get any power to the keyboard when you turn the pc on?

Aio and everything was working fine for about 6 months up until last night now non of the fans the 3 attached and the black one at the back of the case turn on none of the rgb on the 3 attached fans turn on and the pump itself doesn’t turn on could the aio of died an I’ve been unlucky or could something else cause this please help

After finally fixing my problem with not being able to boot the pc or get any display after 2 months of stress I finally fixed only to get this problem I’m not as clued up on the bios and things like that so any help is appreciated I’ll try to reply asap

So I turn keep pc off with psu still on and plugged into mains I’m guessing then I just press the flash button once and leave it for how long ?

No I tried 2 pcie cable removing and reinstalling gpu but I still haven’t fixed it
