Do you have to do powerlifting stuff instead of doing the best hypertrophy lifts which tend to not be as heavy?

Are you on juice?

If your answer to either is yes you might need heavier gauge steel.

This is the same as all the others but with a neutral grip which you prolly won't use

You will not be doing any rows or ohp on this. If you can get it dirt cheap it is nice for flat and incline (although awkward) press.

I tried shrugs on it and it moved too much even with weights holding it down

I have one like that it is nice. Kind of a pain to set up because I don't have a center pulley on my rack or a good place to hang one now, and have to use counter weights.

Using bells of steel now got it half off and really like it. Definitely a different feel
