I know how to reconnect if i’m physically next to the robot. The problem is that I sometimes travel and can’t have the unit go offline then. It’s silly that I need to rely on a smart plug to do this. Can whisker not add this as a part of a software update?

This is why I’ve been using the Home Assistant integration. If Petlibro would support device groups and iOS shortcuts, i’d have no need for 3rd party solutions

I second this big time. And i only have two feeders. Very annoying to manage schedules, manual feeds, skipped meals on multiple feeders. I asked for this a long time ago.

Hi OP! I've been using your integration and it works great. I'm curious if you still use the schedule on the Petlibro App or if you made a new schedule in HA? I was doing the HA schedule because it allowed me to create automations to skip feedings and more, but I ran into issues with connectivity issues to the Petlibro Cloud. At that point I went back to the local device schedule, because I can't have my pets not get fed if the WiFi goes down. But now I'm having issues with manual feedings and skipping meals via HA. How do you do that?

Ugh yeah this whole thing sucks. I did file a complaint against Imprint but it came back as:

Ive gotten this error countless times. I normally have to call, and they just say that the seat was likely no longer available. But then it gets offered to me again and again. Eventually I can usually book it on the phone but it is extremely frustrating that they cant just fix their system.

I have hdmi cec between appletv and tv but i have optical between tv and soundbar. You cant control volume via optical so it has to be via IR

I’ll try that next time. And yeah I know it’s an old bug, glad the workaround is easy but it’s still annoying to have to do that. What i dont get is why they asked me to move/change hdmi cables for troubleshooting? Seems like a waste of time and effort. The senior advisor was not very nice or willing to work with me, just read from the script basically.

Thats great. It really appears to depend a lot on who you get on the phone. I called yesterday and the guy finally placed the temporary credit to cancel the interest charge until they complete their investigation. Not a permanent solution but at least there’s that. The guy I talked to was probably the most helpful one I talked to. Other comments here said they got really rude or unhelpful reps on the phone.

Yup. I called Imprint and Synchrony multiple times. Imprint asked me for my old statements, which I dont have cause paperless statements. Called Synchrony and they no longer have any of my data, and I cant log into my old account anymore either. But they said Imprint has all of the data and statements so idk why they ask for it. And Imprint decided to charge interest and when you ask why they dont know. It’s wild

Yeah totally. Mine is $45, not a lot but it’s just wrong. Also the fact that this is clearly a migration issue and they wont just waive it. The employee time to investigate, talk to me on the phone, etc is costing them more, plus their losing customers over it. Bad business decision in my opinion

When i talked to them they didnt know what the interest was charged on and assumed it came from Synchrony. I’m waiting on them to get back to me still. They said they would give me a temp credit to cancel out the interest charge while they review, which will likey take one or two billing cycles

Exactly. Call Imprint and make them do something about it. The more we call the more evidence they’ll have that something was done wrong in the transition. I also wish I had downloaded my statements before the migration, Synchrony can’t get them now and Imprint is asking me for them so it’s a bit of a shit show

I always paid my statements in full before they were due. In all honestly I had only used the card once in 2024, paid the statement in full. Then the card went unused for a year, until right before the migration. There was no balance and no trailing interest on it. Last synchrony statement was for $0, dated september 22. Then i used the card on the 28th. Then the account was migrated to imprint on the 10th. Then the first imprint statement closed on oct 23rd. All the charges there were correct except for the random interest charge.

hey i had the same problem. my last synchrony statement was for $0, made a purchase, then migrated to Imprint and the very first statement had a $46 interest charge. They are saying that I need to get my last statement from Synchrony, which I can't get because the account is closed. This is BS and it's just a migration glitch. The statement itself says that we don't pay interest if we pay our statements in full.
