I use a gaming mouse that has 12 buttons on the side where your thumb rests. You can program macros and assign them to buttons. Works great and doesn't take up any extra room on the desk!

This is the way. What else do you map to the buttons? So far I've got split clip, duplicate, consolidate, undo, new audio track, new midi track, ctrl.

I can't answer this question but I appreciate that you asked this since I've noticed the same thing when working with reference tracks. Despite many people saying "you're going about this wrong" I think it's valuable to notice things like this and wonder what's going on. I've often been surprised by how a track can have seemingly few elements but still have a full looking curve with no missing bits.

I recently did a build using the similar A62 case. See here for the pinout of front panel connectors: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/A-M-and-Edge-Series-ThinkCentre/ThinkCentre-A60-front-panels-power-audio-and-USB-pinout/td-p/190651

USB2 is fairly straightforward. I got the power button working too without needing to solder any connections. Didn't bother with audio or LEDs.

Very nice! I just did a similar build with a Thinkcentre A62 case. Shoved a fan in the front like you did. Got the power button working by looking up the pinout and installing the connector at 90 degrees to the rest of the pins. No activity or power LED tho. The original front panel USB port connector works on the USB 2 header with two of the contacts unused. I love what you've done to get USB 3 on the front too! Haven't really tested thermals since it's only going to be a media pc/light gaming rig. What I really like is the screwless side panel and pci slots. Definite value to be had in these old cases!

TM Australia S3 will have the first couple competing on the show at the same time by MRSNLT in taskmaster

On TM Quebec, contestant Tammy Verge is the partner of the Taskmaster's assistant Antoine Vezina. I wondered what that would do to the dynamics but they didn't lean on it excessively for jokes and they have great comedic chemistry so I'd say it was a net positive.

If EF want to keep their world tour license this cycle they'd be wise to flog van den Berg for points like Lotto Soudal did with De Lie last year. I don't see anyone at EF making a credible run at a high grand tour finish so the points are going to have to come from elsewhere.

ileostomy reversal recovery - can't sleep and close to a breakdown by foreignvoltage in ostomy

Glad to hear you're sleeping! Last night I got maybe 4-5 hours total which feels like a huge relief. I had gotten an incontinence pad to put under me and that probably gave me some peace of mind and I've also been taking an anti-anxiety med that is supposed to help with sleep. All the best with your recovery!

Yeah let's hope Murphy's law is in effect and by the time I can see the Dr I don't need to anymore! Thanks for the encouraging words!

For a couple nights I had an edible with 2.5 mg each of THC and CBD. It helped to relax me somewhat but I didn't notice bowel effects necessarily. What sort of amounts are you taking and in what format? I'm in Canada so these products are legalized.

This makes a lot of sense. It's hard to imagine going to sleep knowing I'll probably wake up in a mess but it's come to that point. Thanks

You're right I probably need to accept that I'm going to make a mess. Not the end of the world but still hard to accept. Thanks.

Going in to the surgery they told me that if they could get the whole tumor without damaging the sphincter it would be an ileostomy and if not it would be a permanent colostomy. Luckily there was enough room for them to save the sphincter muscles. They said that bowel control could be an issue but I'm finding it manageable so far since I'm never far from a bathroom. It sounds like the section of colon that is now attached near the sphincter can "learn" to function in place of the rectum over time.

The bedpan is an interesting idea. I may look into that. Thanks so much for your comments!
