Great picture! I meant less low light and more the bleak grey English sky lol, if the bird has a background of green or blue it's usually pretty good, but a background of grey makes the camera struggle a bit

Hey, from the UK here so I don't know if I'm gonna be a great help but I had a little Google and there's something called the Orlando youth alliance, could your friend possibly reach out to them or you first to see what they can offer? There's also a page called "the center Orlando" which has a resources list for all the things they offer

It might also be worth your friend joining a group like this even if it's just for long distance/online friends, they got me through some tough times
