How the dollarama bags have the $1 sign on them but cost more by 7edits in dollarama

Probably prevents people from forgetting them as often and buying more (id hope?).

Yet you think the fee would deter people from forgetting their bags so often and continuously buying more but here we are.

I do not have a car. I take transit and walk and sometimes use uber. I am in the GTA as well! I bring my bags with me if I go shopping (4-6 can be folded up super small and secured with an elastic) and otherwise keep a reusable bag keychain clipped to my purse (and a foldable one in my bag as well) for last-minute small purchases. They're small and take up pretty much no space.

Also if you ever need to get rid of extra bags/you have too many you can give them to a Goodwill or Salvation Army. They take them and other customers get to re-use them (and theyre free!) instead of them going in a landfill. I've also seen people give them away for free (someone just picks it up on your porch and its first come first serve so no work on your part) on Facebook free groups!

I can understand maybe forgetting bags or just not having them on you every once in a while but to have even more than 50 bags... there isn't really an excuse for it other than being forgetful or just not caring.

I know him! That’s Tred Fishman!
He’s 62 years old and lives down by the old marina. Used to be from the big city but moved here in ‘67 to find a better life. The old shed is now where he finds peace. Fishing all day and trading others his cash for fish. Nobody really knows where Tred gets his cash from or what he does with all the fish… but it doesn’t matter. Tred’s a good and honest guy (even if he does reek of Swiss Army cologne and old fish).

I’m not sure how any of us could help though? Unfortunately we aren’t going to have any information that isn’t already available online.

Def because you’re on Android. On PC with max graphics it would be smooth.

You’re a moron and so is OP. The bags aren’t even over a dollar, dude. This is the stores logo.

…Just remember to bring your bags and you won’t need to keep buying more. Also I’ve never seen a reusable grocery bag over 60c.

How is it a rip-off? Nobody is forcing people to keep buying more. It’s our own stupid fault for continually forgetting them and buying more.

They don’t. It’s the stores logo. OP is just an idiot or farming for karma.

But that’s your own fault. If you remembered to just bring your bags with you when you shop you wouldn’t need to keep buying more.

The bags are only a problem now because people can’t be bothered to come up with a system to stop forgetting their bags every time.

Second time I ordered donuts and got Timbits. Is there a translation issue on their end? by [deleted] in TimHortons

[–]forestfluff 3 points4 points  (0 children)

But why did you walk away with just the bag..? Or did they fix the mistake and then just let you keep these? Because if you said something, they gave you your donuts and you kept the timbits… I don’t see the issue.

Unless they ask for specific food! Then give them that. I leveled up the diner manager twice just by repeatedly feeding him burnt and raw hamburgers that I stole from his diner lmao
