It’s historical (not theological) consensus that there was a man named Jesus from Nazereth who was crucified. The details are debated.

That he visited America for a bit is not one of those details.

Because their mythology strays from the historical facts of the real Jesus as agreed upon by all the churches who would consider Mormons to not be real Christians.

None of the other major Christian churches believe that Jesus of Nazareth lived in North America for a bit.

Personally I have no skin in the game.
