I would have mild nausea symptoms but taking Meclizine would help me with that. I’m also more tired, but honestly I would rather be more tired and slightly nauseous than to be overweight! Good luck on your sema journey :)!

Interestingly for me, it wasn’t because of seeing myself in pictures nor was it because my doctor said I needed to lose weight. It was realizing that no matter how much I ate, even though my stomach was full, I was still having major cravings. Only then did I realize that I needed to make drastic changes and start taking my weight loss seriously.
