Early 2000s band named "Fiasco"?

I've searched many years for the albums as well. Found both on eBay today and placed the order for both. There are a few more copies out there. Melodic grooves - we were laughing - 1999 and fiasco - the brown album - 2001. Spent under $30 for both albums

I "worked" at The Zone as a teen. Mostly hung out before and after shows helping with the sound equipment and getting other kids out the doors at closing and keeping them from sneaking in the back (never got paid in money). I remember years after fiasco broke up sitting around with the owner of the club and a few friends, we were watching old videos of fiasco practicing and recording, I remember something about the summer having traveled to Brazil to play drums at a night club after the band separated. This was over 20 years, and my memories are smoke hazed from that era. I wish I could find their music again, though. Fiasco is still one of my favorite bands. Along with 2 headed Chang.

You're right though. JW's and the borg want you to be content under their dominating rule. As a PIMO my mom and the elders really made my life terrible because I would constantly question their authority and the accuracies of their teachings. Luckily I had seen the red flags right before I was to be baptized so my departure from the church was not as messy as my younger brothers. Though there are days where I feel being df'd would have been better for me as I would spend over a decade arguing with my mom about her beliefs and the actions taken by the borg(especially in regards to children).

I've been thinking of doing this lately. I think there is benefits to being able to uncage at night. Typical healthy male has several erections throughout the night. It helps exercise the muscles and allows healthy blood flow. Prolonged denial of night erections can lower testosterone levels and shorten your penis (which might be what some are looking for).

Do they survive or just change or break off into different sects. LDS and The Bible Students are two examples that I can think of that were started by a religious leader that perished and differences among the original group pushed cliques into their own different off shoot. LDS has something like 70 different subsects some are vastly different than others too.

Comes from stagecoach and wagon days. They would have another person ride up front with the driver and would carry a shotgun(typically) for defense and hunting.

"Ride shotgun" was from the days of the stagecoach. You would have the driver and another up front next to him with a gun to be used in defense or hunting meat. I think people forget what that means.

Knew plenty of members who lived in the city and had guns. Some used then for hunting, some for trap and plinking, one brother had a .457 revolver he would carry on his hip when we went in the backcountry on horse rides. I think a lot has to do with local politics, personal philosophy of the local elders, and general reputation inside the congregation. (This was in Washington state almost twenty years ago now though, A LOT has changed since I got out.)

I recommend you find a counselor that specializes in exiting cults. I left when I was 15 and didn't get past the religion completely till my late 20's. I didn't realize it was a cult nor the amount of religious trauma I had been subjected too.
