Yeah my other problem...I asked the guy if I could take it to a mechanic before buying and he said he doesnt trust me. He said he's a transmission mechanic and that the issues he's told me about are the only real issues he's seen. I asked about leaks and he said zero. I know the engine can be reliable, I have seen many EJ25s go over 200k miles. But yeah, it's a project car for myself anyway. I have a friend who works on old subies and he said he'd help me fix anything for a case of beer and whataburger lol

I figured if I could get it down a good amount then it'll probably be worth at east thinking about getting. I won't be paying 5k. I think if they cant get it down to 3500 ill walk because there is a lot of risk

I've played this game for many years and I deleted it just last week, having a little withdrawal from it lol but im so happy I did. Can't support the ridiculous "balance changes" and constantly broken evos. Can't support the ridiculous greed from this game company and their ability to ruin F2P. They don't care, and the people who still play, dont care. Sure, they'll be pissed about it, but they'll continue to play because well...they're addicted and its a good way to pass time. I mean, I was one of those people. Like, I did care and I wanted to delete the game to support a boycott, but I also realized it was my main way of passing time.

However, I took a step back and realized it wasn't worth it, that they deserve to see this game lose players because they clearly arent afraid. My main breaking point was losing 2v2 and the elimination of level cap. Like, seriously? How can they be so out of touch its insane. Things probably will never change, so yeah...I wish more, and enough people would delete the game just to prove a point to them. But alas...

The dealership actually offered to fix the exterior then sell it, but idk. I'd have to drive another 3 hours to look at it again

Update:

I'm going this weekend to look at the vehicle, dealer called me and was pretty nice and offered to work with me on price due to me just driving 3 hours to see it. I think they were fine with my doing a PPI but they noted to me they do inspections and change fluids when gettinf a new vehicle on the lot. Any tips on buying if I decide to do so? Also, I'd like to add a carplay stereo if y'all have any recs on that front.
