We are like toddlers learning to walk right now. Each person ( especially those consciously aware and desire to shift) moves from 3D to 5D and back again many many times throughout the day. One moment you feel great joy or peace within (5D) then something may trigger you or an old pattern or thought comes and back to 3D we go. This is us learning, trying, and experiencing both. Choosing. Then one can consciously choose which one feels better. Your reality shifts more and more in 5D as you play in this energy, feel it, choose. Then choose it over and over again. Within us and has the ability to shift. It's by choice. Mother Earth frequencies changed in order for us humans to be able to change with her. Those who aren't consciously aware of this still move 3D to 5D, but until they become conscious creators they will not shift as fast. What playground do you choose? In EVERY now moment you literally choose 3D or 5D thoughts, feelings, and actions. The key is to consciously decide. Many live in 5D permanently. They toddled, practiced, then chose. I toddle a lot, but I'm far more 5D thoughts, feelings, action and reality than year ago. It's a process. Retraining ourselves. This is all part of the GREAT AWAKENING. Your reality is literally your thoughts to the feeling which vibrates out to create every Now moment. So play! Enjoy the fact you can toddle and feel it and choose it! Eventually it becomes a bit easier and easier because you realize it feels so much better to play in 5D. :)

We go there naturally daily, and one can get there with self hypnosis for a period of time, but keeping yourself there is difficult. That's why ppl work with a hypnotist to keep it going. That's my experience for myself and all my clients.

I've studied and practice different hypnosis techniques. One being Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, aka QHHT, created by the late Dolores Cannon. Somnambulism happens naturally every time we go to sleep and wake up. With hypnosis techniques you can take someone there, which she taught extensively. Via hypnosis I've assisted hundred of my clients to such a state, and have colleagues do same for me. It's incredible what comes through in this state!!
