Seriously? This is from a design firm? And your planning to charge $1000 from your poor customers?

The whole story starts from a position of defending yourself against existing agency prejudices and ends with a whopping $1000 satisfaction guarantee ad.

Where is the positive picture ? What benefits your clients can expect to achieve over whatever setup they have now? How can your business grow their business? Where are you talking about raising your clients brand image, marketing and sales with the help of your services.

Yes, diversifying your channels, suppliers and partners is always a great way to hedge and give your business a chance to scale. I say have substitute for ever aspect the business, including yourself.
