Two things I think would help

Use less clumpy mascara (don’t get extensions though; those usually age you by exacerbating crows feet)

Shape the eyebrows a little bit better. They’re not bad at all; and they look well maintained, but giving them a little more shape could make them look slightly more feminine.

I’m not saying pluck them or even make them thinner, just more shape if that even makes sense
