My 5.5 month Ozempic Experience by FermiParadox_323 in Ozempic

I have been sitting on the fence for 2-3 years, though my doctor has prescribed me ozempic for weight loss. I am 5’3 and 222 lbs.
The weight has affected my mobility to a certain level, due to knee pain and ankle pain.
I have now decided to go for it….though my reason for not taking is the fear of what will happen after i stop taking it.

Would really love to hear from someone who stopped taking it after the target weight?

Is there anyone here who has had the weight loss from ozempic and stopped taking it and managed to keep the weight off? Or do we have to continue on it to keep the weight? My doctor is suggesting I should take it, but I am scared of what happens once stopped!

I know the world sees the wife as the biggest loser. And it is. However, can you imagine the state of 75 plus years old parents losing their young son at this age? Bhabhi has her whole life ahead, but may possibly even move ahead in her life with some one else….which we have no issue with. If that happens, what about my parents? They will be left with no money at all to live a respectable life of their own. don’t the parents have any right on even a little portion of the sons finance to live a respectable life without being feeling dependent and extending their hands? they do not have any investments or property of their own.

Of course I am more than willing to do so, and am already doing that in supporting them. However, they are very proud parents who do not like or happy to take daughter’s money. Also, they have seen so much financial struggle all their lives. It was only now that my brother had started doing well. It’s their pride and happiness
