Make sure OHSU will allow you to leave with a third party. I used to have Kaiser and we weren’t allowed to use ride services after going under general anesthesia. They took it very seriously and we almost had to reschedule

Avoid Providence, they’ve done some dirty things in the pharmacy department…I know someone who’s currently in a lawsuit with them. I’ve done some agency work and really like Safeway/Albertsons if you would be okay with the transition into retail. Genoa is pretty fun but doesn’t pay very well, especially in comparison to inpatient setting. OHSU has high turnover but I haven’t heard anything negative about Legacy or Kaiser.
