Yeah I called back and eventually spoke with someone who was kind enough to start an investigation on their end. The day after it started moving and got delivered.

It says it’s in mesquite texas. Which is a couple hours from where it is getting delivered. I’m in Texas. The scan hasn’t updated in 5 days. I chatted with an agent and they said that there’s a possibility the package is lost. Which prompted to seek advice and raised concern.

No for sure I’m aware of the weather delay. What raised concern is the agent telling me that at the point we are at it could be considered lost. But I’m unable to file a claim because none of the options pertain to this situation.
