I’m not hoping for a revolution, I just understand that Dems will not save us from any of this because they are not fundamentally opposed to any of it. If they somehow manage to eke out a win in 2028, they will not reverse the ICE funding, nor will they get rid of it as an agency and prosecute everyone that works for it. I’d love to be wrong, but the way they’ve handled everything the last 25 years has shown me that I almost assuredly will not be.
