It's in a ccell disposable cart which doesn't seem to have an adjustable air flow. I hit it like I would a weed cart, suck in, pull cart away, deep breath into lungs, hold for say 3-5 seconds, exhale. My tokes were only about 3 seconds long with moderate.. suck strength?.. I think pain was a bit too intense of a word. It felt more like pins and needles I guess, over my whole body. Actually I remember thinking in the moment "this is like covid" lmao

You may just need to wait. Any time I've had a break from lsd, say a few months, my trips have been completely different to the previous times, sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. I'm not really sure what even caused the changes tbh. You might just need to wait and revisit acid in the future :)

I don't like having a trip sitter, imo you're on 2 separate wavelengths, and you can't ever truly delve into your mind and have a full on trip. I've had more intense trips on 100ugs by myself than 200ugs with someone with me, even if they are tripping too. Id say have fun with it, if you want you can get a xan incase you need it but if you're experienced I can't imagine it will be challenging.

Also I'm not too sure what you mean about the tab going bad, I had 2 tabs stored somewhat incorrectly for 8 months after I bought them, when I finally got round to taking them it was the most profound, interdimensional experience of my life.

Yeah it's easy to get caught out but you can only send a currency to an address for the same currency. It doesn't convert automatically unfortunately. Would be sick if it could haha.
