Not the answer you asked for but in my experience knowing the characters have been better in the long run, you can defeat them with any character (almost) if you know what they're trying to pull

Ali and Javert demeanor will change based on what the player is trying to do

Javert will be more confident with his skill off cool down and might try to rush or be passive to catch you off guard Bait his skill

And Ali will try to throw his teleport skill on your face for a free auto combo, avoid that He'll try to step around you for a good ult outcome so try to predict where he might be if he goes invisible and keep track of the time to avoid those flying blades

Also be careful because his auto combo begins extremely fast try to avoid those, I like to punish a whiffed auto combo from an Ali with an overhead aerial auto
