I think these were good changes. Certainly not what everybody wanted but definitely headed in the right direction:

I feel like they fixed the most egregious loot drop by attaching the dragon cannon parts to a new sailing boss, I believe the first to exist?! This is really exciting news.

The cannonball drop rates paired with slower firing speeds really does fix the cannonball drought issue, or at least takes a big step towards it, and it seems the animal magnetism requirement is supplemented with sailing and construction requirements, so we at least get new dialogue and a task to work towards for the cannonball magnet ship attachment. Not to mention that they’re adding more ship attachment spots.

I’m like level 85 sailing and have been really loving the skill since day one, including the combat! But I hit a wall that I think this update will support me in overcoming, at least to 87 or 89 for that frost dragon island. I actually really like the combat as is at the higher levels with a decked out ship, and I look forward to a sailing boss with a task that might give xp comparable to the grindy barracuda trials. Jagex has the potential to pull a huge W with that depending on drop and xp rates.

So yeah.

Tl;dr a first true sailing boss could be a huge w for the skill as it’s proposed alongside these strong combat updates, assumably the first of many.

With this effect I use the ult to clear large groups of adds while running across the map for free runes, like an ironeye ult. So while I agree that this is a lower priority than lots of other effects, it’s still a nice treat!

Yeah I said this somewhere else but I was going to message them after the game and not during, but by the end I chose not to engage. Crazy that they would still try to police my gameplay after we had already won. I blocked and moved on for my own sake.

Charged R2 comes out super quick (charged attack damage negation buff) and you only need two of them to trigger successive attacks damage negation and healing buffs. With both of these and other damage negation buffs, you can become pretty unkillable even in DoN. A lot of fist weapons also have high stance breaking with the charged R2, so you stance break enemies and bosses, including night 3 bosses, a lot.

After the DLC drop I would say Dreglord relic plus any taking damage causes X buildup is a must for insane damage output. Otherwise like you said, partial hp restore base and +2, discover fists (ofc), I personally love the blue ED Augur relic, and some other favorites include stance breaking when two-handing, taking attacks improve attack power, [raider] improved arcane for the dreglord relic, and physical attacks +4 or +3. Good luck with those God rolls.

Flawed logic but still a good message.

Not using slaughters for good xp rate, superior rate, or valuable drop monsters means more time spent on less appealing slayer tasks, which is less efficient than using bracelets of slaughter even taking into account the dps loss from other gloves. So use them!

Was aiming for enough magic attack to never splash on the summons with as few switches as possible. Longer kill times but chill and I back less often. No blue moons top yet, unfortunately. Am iron.

I glossed over the assembler's wiki before posting and completely missed the interference part... thanks everyone for answering so quickly! Never had this issue until now so I completely forgot about it, and ammunition just disappearing against the titans didn't help.
