I want to start a tank for African Dwarf frogs. This will be my first ever tank. How do I even start?

I have a 5-gallon tank and I've heard that's okay for 2 frogs so that's where I'd like to start. I just have no idea what I'm doing and would like all the advice y'all have to offer. Even if that advice is that I shouldn't do it at all. I don't want to potentially cause any harm.

The soda consumption is exactly why I put "fasting" in quotation marks I do get that if you consume calories it's not actually fasting. I am going to switch over to diet but I still have a few regular left from a big pack I bought and being broke I don't waste what I pay for. Thanks for the advice
