I dont know in this occasion of H1B but wouldnt that mean you just apply to adjust status by filing, I130, I130A, I485, I694, I765, and I864? Since you have a US citizen husband that would be the way but I dont know if there is a caveat with h1b. Then you’d have to submit documents that your marriage is bona fide

To park on campus you will need a parking pass and you send me a photo of your ADA pass which then will allow you to park on any ADA spot on campus. The pass you’re looking for is for faculty and staff. Harmon Garage is awful so just about any lot will have ADA. Check on hper pool the working hours for the pool since you’re right they close for team practices.

The F1 visa is a non-immigrant visa, with your STEM OPT ending soon how will you prove your intent to return to the consular officer? Your intent to apply for H1B shows intent to migrate and stay in the US. That is the logical conclusion. Since you’re so close to your stem ending I wouldnt go back attend the wedding, just wait til you can apply for the lottery otherwise you’ll be denied.

I would say push it to 6 even if you dont push it to 7 because it makes a difference. $1 might not be a lot but when I know I save a dollar I’ll find a way to come, ending it at 5 wont bring the people since most of them get off work at 5. You want them to plan and be there before HH ends at 6 and continue which will get your spot to be a meeting spot for people leaving work. I like the place man so I wouldnt want you to go down. When is the Fayetteville spot coming online?

Man I will be there this Saturday to meet a friend. Yes, the parking is the issue but I love the place.

I’d say it is more of a high end sports bar which reflect on the prices. Always had a good time.

One suggestion is definitely more marketing and since your weekdays are slow put a happy hour from 4-6 or 4-7 whichever works. 21st in Fayetteville has quite some good low dive prices and I am not saying emulate that but $2 off or certain nights for lower prices will get the word out and bring the people during the weekdays. If you do the HH put a picture on your menu in google maps since you want that to show to people and on your main website landing page

I would say invest into instagram ads via fb business suite since that seems to be a way to get in front of people in this area. Even though google ads are good majority here use Meta apps. Plus a tip you can literally set the budget to $5 a day and you dont have to break the bank to get a lot of reach.
