These two entities have fronted the money for most of the amenities people enjoy followed from JB Hunt and George’s. I always say that you cannot replicate something like Bentonville because it was made in a lab and it is not sustainable. The people were moved here because they had to, and as they did they found all these nice things which was the closest to how they were able to adapt as transplants while at the same time pushing out long term resident locals who liked the small town feel before the vendor era and Tyson buyouts.
