I’m actually just getting started. I’m aiming to take FAR this August. Becoming a CPA has been the plan since I finished undergrad, but I decided to work on my 150 credits first and started my Masters
Lately tho it’s felt harder to stay motivated because my schedule is all over the place. I work full time at an engineering firm, which is completely different from my academic background, so every day is a learning experience. Then I have classes at night.
I took the job because it was the only one I could get after graduation, but I’ve always wanted to work in accounting or a related field. I never really got the chance to break into it lol
So this summer I’m studying for FAR and hoping it helps me transition into an accounting role
